I started doing hair in the first place to do curly hair. I was researching and researching classes to take. At the time, DevaCurl was a huge thing. I went and it wasn't what I had expected. It was very generalized. So when I had my first curly hair client, I was in shambles. Then I found this program. I did not expect to get what I've already gotten out of it. It taught me more than I had ever thought. It's not presented in a way where it's overstimulating. I feel like I'm getting the support I needed. It taught me how to interact with clients, how to handle criticism. Once I got the basics down, I realized it was so much more than just cutting hair. It changed my life. It saved my career. It saved everything. I couldn't recommend it enough because I know that if I wouldn't have done it, I don't know if I would have been doing hairstyle. This is the best investment that you can make in yourself.

I went to beauty school, and my biggest challenge was that beauty school is the bare minimum. I was like, did I go to beauty school for no reason? When I saw Amy do her demo, I was like, this should have been a thing a long time ago. I took her class and fell in love with her concept. This took off within my career fresh out of beauty school. She's an amazing teacher. Her vibe, she was just much more detailed. She saw the need for it within the community. It helped me intellectually be able to communicate with my clients better. Customer connection is highly important because if you can connect with the client, they're more inclined to come back. Amy loves to teach. Even if you did the online course and reached out to her personally, she's willing to give you extra knowledge. I would pay five hundred dollars for it.
